I’m a fully qualified reflexologist and I have been a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (MFHT) since I qualified in 2011.

I experienced my first reflexology treatment, in summer 2010, in France, and I was blown away by the whole experience. I was a convert. By September of 2010 I had signed up for a years reflexology course at Wakefield College and was rewarded in 2011 with a Diploma in Reflexology.

The reflexology bug had bitten me so I then signed up for my next course in Indian Head Massage. I qualified in 2012.

Whilst undertaking my reflexology studies, I was in a busy full time job, in operational management, but I offered mobile and work place reflexology treatments privately, in my spare time. I am passionate about reflexology and how it supports the body’s natural healing process - promoting a sense of well being - balancing body, mind and soul. I left full time employment to set up my own reflexology business - Raydiance Reflexology.

To add to my reflexology portfolio I studied Advanced Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift by the award winning Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology in 2022. Further training with Louise Keet - Principal of the London School of Reflexology and author of best selling book The Reflexology Bible.
